Issue Three: A Note from the Editors

Hello, wanderers!

It’s great to be here at Issue Three, and we’d just like to say thanks for the response to the last issue. We hope you enjoy this one as much as you seem to have enjoyed Issue Two, and really there’s no reason you shouldn’t, because we’ve got some fantastic stuff for you.

We’re reviewing the legendary series Firefly (and Serenity) and recommending a little-known but much-loved book called Half Moon Investigations. Plus, we’re continuing our series on The Internet and Entertainment with a look at the bizarre but brilliant world of social networking.

We’ll also be taking a look at how we learn through fandom, and giving our tips on how to interact with people you’re a fan of – or any people, really – on social networking sites.

Most excitingly of all, we’re thrilled to present an interview with independent filmmaker Marcus Markou about his latest film, Papadopoulos and Sons. Trust us, you don’t want to miss that!

Our next issue will be out on the 4th of August so check back then, but if you miss us in the meantime you can get in touch with us at or @FandomWanderers on Twitter – we love hearing from you so please do drop us a line!
