Issue Ten: A Note from the Editors

Hello, Wanderers!

We couldn’t resist running a Hallowe’en Special this issue – yes, we know, two specials back-to-back, we spoil you rotten – normal service will be resumed next issue. However, even if this was a normal issue, it would still be special, because it’s our tenth! It may be a small milestone but it is a milestone nonetheless and we in the office are feeling celebratory. Hurrah! Thanks to all of you readers for supporting us so far.

Right, on with the issue. Of course we have your letters, as usual, but we also have reviews of spooky films like Van HelsingHalloweentown and The Addams Family, plus Young Dracula which is returning to UK screens very, very soon!

We also have an article looking at the various forms and varieties horror comes in, and in case you’re looking to spook your friends, we’ve got some tips on how to make a story good and scary. So be sure to check those out.

As usual, we’ll be around on Twitter and Facebook if you want to chat to us before our next issue, which will be going up on the 10th of November. Don’t be strangers!
