Issue Fourteen: Letters Page

There’s nothing we love more than hearing from you all, Wanderers. Thanks for all your emails, tweets and comments. Please keep them coming, and we’ll continue to share some of them with you in each issue! Don’t forget, you can:

Here’s what you’ve been saying since we published Issue Thirteen.

We’ve had a couple of comments on an older interview of ours… We can’t imagine why. One of them contains spoilers so we won’t publish that one on this page, but here’s the other:

Great interview! Very funny, sweet, and informative. Thank you very much :D

Thank you – we’re glad you liked it! -Ed.

Thanks. I got them from the president :) Also, no idea what that reference is from *hangs head in shame*

Did you, indeed? I suspected as much. We’ll reveal the answer to the fandom reference in Issue Fourteen’s editor’s note, if nobody gets it in the meantime! Thanks for commenting. -Ed.

Ah, yes, that reminds us…

We challenged you to place the reference our writer was making when she said ‘Hang me in a cat like a bottle and shoot at me’. This stumped some of you, but one person got in touch with the correct answer!

i get it. it a Bill Shakespeare quote from much ado

It is indeed! Well Spotted! – Ed.

Well done, we knew you Wanderers were pretty smart!

What we’ve been talking about on Twitter:

  • We started a minor debate by suggesting that those of you studying or working that evening should remember to take regular breaks (to feed your fandom, of course). @werepuppy was glad to have the excuse to take a break from studying for an exam, but @FranHaselden pointed out how much work could be done in the time you spent taking a break. Good points, both! What’s your opinion?
  • The editor got the sniffles and we asked for your advice on perking her up a bit. @werepuppy suggested we get her to watch The Muppets Christmas Carol – which must have worked, because she then ordered a review of it. Always a demanding patient…
  • Finally, @Sherlock_DE got us thinking about crossovers we’d like to see. How about you, Wanderers? Any ideas? We’d love to hear them.

So, if you’re not following @FandomWanderers you’re missing out on some good gossip!
