Issue Thirty-One: Letters Page

It’s great to hear from you, Wanderers, and it’s a pleasure to be able to share some of our favourite messages with you! Don’t forget, you can:

Here’s what you’ve been saying since we published Issue Thirty.

I adore that movie. To me, it is a wonderful and deep description of friendship and dignity. The development, this small group makes up to the point were they can be honest to each other, is convincing and therefore well thought through. Every scene has its reason and adds to the bigger picture. I have to admit that, yes, the story has a bitter end but I
actually wouldn’t want it to end any other way. Benedict Cumberbatch gives James’ character soul and depth in a way that I have rarely witnessed in similar films.

Marie on ‘A Morphine Toast: Third Star

Absolutely. It’s a fitting end to a very moving journey – at least, that’s what we decided in the FW office as we all reached for the tissue box at the same time… Thanks for getting in touch! -Ed.

hi i was wondering where can i buy this tv series the new worst witch as it is a childhood tv series i used to watch and would like to buy it

Anna Drakatos on ‘Hubble Means Trouble

It’s quite hard to get hold of, but we recommend checking eBay and the ABC Australia shop – those are probably your best bets. Good luck! -Ed.

thanks for the linkage!

AwkCelebEncounters on ‘Issue Thirty: Letters Page

You’re welcome – thanks for sending it our way in the first place! -Ed.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! LOL glad I have found another fan. I admit that when It comes to the books my all time favourite character is BlackJack. Who is yours?

I am waiting impatiently for HoH as well!!!! Thank you to all of you at FW for making my day! And to Z for writing this and comparing my 2 favourite series!

Phee Evans on ‘This is a Pen: Percy Jackson and the Olympians

Z’s favourite character is Percy, but where would he be without BlackJack?
It’s our pleasure – we’re glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for getting in touch! -Ed.

What we’ve been talking about on Twitter:

  • We asked – while the Editor wasn’t looking – who you rooted for: Roadrunner or Wile E. Coyote. @AwkwardCeleb came down very firmly on the side of Wile E. Coyote, leading him to a landslide unanimous victory.
  • We also asked if you’d had the opportunity to pose for a photo with a celebrity@AwkwardCeleb got in touch again to tell us about photo ops with Richard Armitage and, along with @cabotamy, Dan Stevens! Great work, Wanderers!
  • Last but not least, @samurang87 spotted a familiar username on last issue’s letters page. Hurrah!

So, if you’re not following @FandomWanderers you’re missing out on some good gossip!
